In one of the most-highly anticipated season opening games in program history, Wisconsin will face LSU in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff on Aug. 30, 2014 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. Kickoff is at 8PM CT.

TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW

Wisconsin and LSU have played twice previously, with the Tigers prevailing both times. LSU won, 38-28, on Sept. 25, 1971 at Camp Randall Stadium and was victorious again the following season, 27-7, in Baton Rouge. The 1972 game marks the last time UW played an SEC team during the regular season.

This game will be the first of three neutral-site season-openers against SEC opponents for the Badgers. UW will kick off the 2015 season against Alabama at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas and the 2016 season against LSU at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Ticket information for these games will be released soon.

Total annual contributions provide priority for the opportunity to order season tickets. Annual contributions must be received by April 30 or patrons may be subject to loss of season tickets.   Recommended minimum annual contributions for the opportunity to order seats in certain sections are as follows: Sections E, T and FF – $400 each Sections D, F, S, U, EE and GG – $300 each Sections C, G, R, V, DD and HH – $200 each Sections B, H, Q, W, CC and II – $100 each

I am a current season ticket holder. How do I request a seat change/improvement?

Season ticket attrition is expected to be extremely low thus seating changes (improvements) may be difficult. Please keep the following points in mind if you wish to request a seat change.

  • Changes are reviewed and allocated based on availability, annual giving level and descending priority point order within each annual giving level.
  • The number of years requesting seating changes does not factor into the request process and requests are not carried over from the previous year.
  • Requests for seating changes should be done online or in writing and placed on or attached to your ticket application. To help facilitate your request it may be useful to provide specific sections and rows that you would be comfortable moving to.
  • In order to be considered for seats that become available, your annual contribution form and ticket application must be received by April 30.
  • If you are part of a group, state whether you are willing to split from the group in order to change your seating location. The more seats involved, the harder it becomes to fulfill your request.

Each request is reviewed by the Athletic Department, but the volume of requests may not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletic Department. The Athletic Department reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice, thus there are no guarantees.

I am a current season ticket holder. How do I request additional season tickets?

Current season ticket holders at the Walk-On Club level (minimum $50 annual contribution) or higher are eligible to request additional season tickets on their season ticket application. Requests for additional season tickets, as well as requests for changes, are reviewed first based on annual giving level and then priority points within each annual giving level. The Athletic Department encourages patrons to make additional season ticket requests as broadly as possible to increase the chances of the request being fulfilled. Patrons may request specific seats on the order form, but please realize such requests may be difficult to fulfill.

Individuals will receive either an invoice or regret letter from the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office starting early June and we anticipate this process will continue throughout the month. The statement will explain the outcome of requests for season tickets with payment due for all items upon receipt of invoice. Contributions do not guarantee the purchase of season tickets and if applicable, regret letters will be sent to those whose requests the Athletic Department was unable to fill. The Athletic Department may limit the quantity of additional season tickets granted based upon supply and demand. Please do not include payment for additional seats with your ticket application.

I am a potential new season ticket holder. Can I request a specific seat location?

New patrons may request specific sections, rows and seats, but such requests may be difficult to fulfill. Therefore we recommend making seat location requests as broadly as possible. Please keep the following in mind when making a seat location request.

  • Seat location requests are reviewed and allocated based on availability, annual giving level and descending priority point order within each annual giving level.
  • Make seat location requests online or in writing on your donor request application.
  • Your annual contribution must be received by April 30 for consideration.

Each request is reviewed. Personal consultation is not always feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletic Department.

Explain the priority seating sections in Camp Randall Stadium.

Total annual contributions provide priority for the opportunity to order season tickets. Annual contributions must be received by April 30 or patrons may be subject to loss of season tickets.

Recommended minimum annual contributions for the opportunity to order seats in certain sections are as follows:

Sections E, T and FF – $400 each

Sections D, F, S, U, EE and GG – $300 each

Sections C, G, R, V, DD and HH – $200 each

Sections B, H, Q, W, CC and II – $100 each

How do I request accessible seats?

Customers needing to arrange accessible seating on a temporary basis should contact the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office prior to gameday. This year patrons may inquire as to availability starting August 18. Please note temporary (game by game) accessible seating may be very limited.

How do I order Badger Seat Cushions?

Make your time at Camp Randall Stadium a little more comfortable with a cushioned seat back. Define your seat and enjoy improved back support without having to carry a bulky seat into the game. Permanently attached to your seat, these waterproof seat cushions can improve your game day experience for just $49* this season.

Call the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office with any questions or concerns. For customer service questions after July 31, please call IMG College Seating at 800.501.9852.

*Price increases to $55 if ordered after July 31 and $60 after the first home game.

Current Season Ticket Holders

To order new Badger seat cushions for season tickets already on your account please add the number desired on the ticket application form. Also include payment and, if necessary, indicate which seats should receive the seat cushions. Do not include cushion seat payment for additional season ticket requests. An invoice will be sent in June if additional season tickets are granted and will include the ability to purchase seat cushions at that time.

New Season Ticket Holders

Badger seat cushions may be ordered once you receive your 2014 football season ticket invoice. New season ticket invoices are sent throughout the month of June. Please write on the invoice which seats you want the seat cushions placed and include payment. Call the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office with any questions or concerns. For customer service after July 31, please call IMG College Seating at 800.501.9852.

All patrons two years of age and older must have a valid ticket for admission. Children under the age of two may be admitted without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian

What is the process to change my mailing address?

Please contact the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office of any address changes by June 20. Please submit all address changes on your ticket application, in a separate letter, via email at tickets@uwbadgers.comor online at UWBadgers.com by logging into your account.

When can I expect to receive my season tickets?

Season Parking

Season parking permits for football are sold annually using an online selection and payment process reserved specifically as a benefit for active donors who are also football season ticket holders. All active donors who are football season ticket holders will receive notification via mail, email and telephone as to their individually assigned parking selection date and time. The parking selection date and time will be assigned based on annual giving level and then priority points within each annual giving level. Each active donor account with football season tickets will have the option of purchasing up to 3 (three) football season parking permits. Active donors will have the ability to track the annual football parking selection process in real time in advance of their actual selection time. This will allow all active donors to stay current with available parking lots in order to maximize their selection time priority. Please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 1.800.462.2343 with questions.

Please note, to be eligible for season football parking permits season ticket holders must order or request season tickets and make their annual contribution by April 30. Active donors who are football season ticket holders will be notified as to their annual parking selection date and time no later than the last week in May. The online annual football parking selection process will begin June 2 and run through June 20 from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday therein.

Recommended minimum annual contributions for the opportunity to order season parking permits are as follows:

 Zone A Director’s Club ($2,500+) or higher:

Lots 16, 17, 17 Roof, 41, 80, Credit Union, Church A/B/C, & Regent

Zone B Coach’s Club ($1,000+) or higher:

Lots 13, 20, 39, 40, 45, 54, 55, 56, 92, 93, & Randall School

Zone C Walk-on Club ($50+) or higher:

Lots 7, 29, 36, 43, 44, and 62

Parking lot availability fluctuates on an annual basis. Due to these factors, it is not possible to forecast the contribution level and priority points necessary to receive a permit in a specific parking lot and/or zone. Any patrons interested in parking in an alcohol free, family friendly lot are encouraged to order Lot 34 off of Observatory Drive and Babcock Drive next to the Porter Boathouse.

map

Single Game Parking

Single game parking is available for purchase from lots with availability on a first come, first served basis on the day of the game only. Patrons will pay the lot attendant as they enter the lot. These lots will be determined once the season begins. Traditionally, they have included Lot 34 ($10 – Alcohol free, Porter Boathouse area) and Lot 60 ($5 – near the UW Hospital on Walnut).

Accessible Parking

For our patrons with accessibility needs, the Athletic Department will sell a limited number of permits in Lot 17 on a first come, first served, single game basis. Permits will go on sale through the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office at 1.800.462.2343 or 608.262.1440 the Monday before each home game starting at 8:30am. Should a holiday fall on the Monday preceding a home game, permit sales will take place on the first open day of business thereafter. Permits will cost $20. Limit of one per account. Permits will not be mailed. Instead, permits will be left with the lot attendants at Lot 17 for pick up the day of the game. Patrons will need to show both their picture I.D. and their state issued handicapped placard in order to claim the permit. No permits will be released to anyone other than the account holder of record.

Other options for patrons with accessibility needs include the Lot 60 shuttle. Parking in Lot 60 will cost $5 per automobile and $6 per person to ride the shuttle round-trip (subject to availability). The Lot 60 shuttle will drop patrons off at the corner of Breese Terrace and University Avenue where they can ride in a golf cart operated by our Guest Services staff to the stadium entrance located closest to their seats.

There are also three drop-off points around Camp Randall Stadium for patrons to disembark from their own vehicles. These include: Monroe Street, outside of Gate 1 on the southeast corner of Camp Randall Stadium; the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace and at the corner of Breese Terrace and University Avenue, across from the First Congregational Church.

Wheelchair assistance is also available from our Guest Services staff. Prior to game-day please call 608.263.7894. On game day call 608.265.8676.
